Combination tools are BOTH a Needle Threader and a Thread Cutter.  The tube at the bottom covers the needle threader.  The disc at the top has small cuts around the edges that can cut your threads as you go.  Everything is chained together and hangs with a spring ring at the top.  This piece is included in my lifetime guarantee . . . if your needle threader wire breaks, please return it to me and I'll do the FREE repair.
