We use USPS mail.

If you are shipping a thimble or needle threader to us for repair or exchange: Please put it in a locking medicine bottle or other strong container. (Film canisters can open in transit.) Use padding to prevent rattling.

Enclose your name, phone number, mailing and email address. Describe what needs to be repaired or exchanged. Also include reimbursement for return shipping and handling ($10 within USA, $20 outside USA).

An effort is made to return items quickly, however some repairs take several days. With your email address we can let you know when the package is shipped and its expected deliver date so you can track it. Send it first class with USPS Tracking to the address below. Please let us know you have sent the package.
